We keep lead delivery records and check for previously delivered enquiries within the agreed campaign period. We do not intentionally deliver the same customer’s enquiry more than once.
We review the case against the agreed qualification criteria. If the enquiry was not genuinely interested at the time of verification, or fails another agreed condition, it may qualify for replacement. A later change of mind does not automatically qualify.
Delivery depends on advertising performance, target location, audience demand and customer response rates. We discuss the expected duration and schedule before starting.
The package fee covers the agreed lead generation and verification service. Advertising spend and applicable GST are separate unless explicitly included in the proposal.
Invalid contact numbers, duplicates, customers who never enquired, materially incorrect information, and enquiries that do not meet the agreed criteria. A qualified lead is not a guaranteed sale, and replacement timelines are documented before the campaign starts.
